# Bankruptcy income tax forms

If you're an existing bankruptcy client, your Licensed Insolvency Trustee (LIT) is required to file your pre-and post-bankruptcy income tax return. If you have any questions, please reach out to your file administrator or call [1-855-747-2647](tel:18557472647).

- If you **filed for bankruptcy in** ***2026***, fill out the [2025 Prior return tax form](https://pr-assets.grantthorntonlimited.ca/craftcmsimages/Assets-download-or-link/2025-Prior-Full-Package.pdf)

- If you **filed for bankruptcy in** ***2025***, fill out the [2025 Pre-post tax form](https://pr-assets.grantthorntonlimited.ca/craftcmsimages/Assets-download-or-link/2025-Pre-Post-Tax-Documents-Full-Pkg.pdf)

#### In order for us to meet Canada Revenue Agency’s April 30th deadline, the above form must be completed and returned by **April 1, 2026**.
